Edmund brings to the table over 20 years of consulting and management experience. He has held senior roles in organizations such as Towers Perrin, Hay Group and SNEF. He was head of human capital for a regional telco, and ran and managed the “Workskills Training Program” for SPEC as a build-operate-transfer project. He is also the co-founder of an e-learning company that EDB has invested in, and a US-based accredited University.

He has mentored and advised leadership in many start-up and change management situations.

His professional expertise is in organizational development and change based on a focus on organizational and personal performance measures and management.

Su-Czheng is an GAINMORE™ executive coach specializing in leadership and team development in cross-cultural business environments. She has over 30 years' worldwide corporate experience and is one of a small number of coaches in Asia holding the Associate Certified Coach accreditation from the International Coach Federation.

In her corporate career, her success in leading and developing regional and global teams in Asia, the UK and the USA was based on a coaching style of management that brought out commitment, loyalty and high performance from her teams, who consistently delivered extraordinary results.

Today, she uses this approach to coach executives to elicit similar extraordinary performance and results for themselves, their teams and their companies. In her experience, enhanced self-awareness on the part of executives encourages greater respect for people, processes and products - and thereby improves corporate performance and profitability.

Su-chzeng has many years of experience in diverse corporate and cross-cultural environments, having lived and worked for 11 years each in London, Tokyo and Singapore, in addition to her early years in Malaysia. She has held various business leadership roles at senior management level, including director and vice president, variously at JPMorgan Bank, Chase Bank, Jardine Fleming Asia, Robert Fleming London, Collins and Macmillan Publishers, London. She also has knowledge of a broad spectrum of industries gained from managing and publishing financial and educational research.

He is as much at home coaching the General Secretary of the OEA in strategic management as he is with counselling indigenous people on the South Pacific Island of Kiribati.

In 1991, after work and travel in Australia, America and Mexico, Pip returned to Nelson in New Zealand and immersed herself into a wide range of Human Resource, business and education projects.

Pip’s business experiences include having been Vice President at Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce, Manager at the Nelson Tasman Business Trust and Projects Manager at the Nelson Regional Economic Development Agency (EDA).

Pip has been self employed since 2002 and has run her own company since 2006. Pip is an Accredited Business Mentor and has been a business mentor for a number of years. Pip has an MBA (Henley) and works with businesses to assist with strategic and business planning, leadership coaching and management. Pip is currently working with a small group of Henley alumni to establish an active New Zealand group.

Some of Pip’s other involvements include being a member of the Institute of Directors, Uniquely Nelson (CBD) board, Founders Community and Heritage Park Sub Committee, Trustee Nelson Bays Community Foundation and the National Academy of Distance Running.

Rajesh is a specialist in Learning and Development Architecture and Strategy. His coaching and training maintains an holistic approach to the overall needs of individuals and the business. Rajesh currently heads up our Sydney, Australia operation since mid 2009. Prior to joining with us in Singapore after leaving Nanyang Polytechnic, Rajesh was a trainer with Dale Carnegie group and previously with the Reliance group in India.

Mark was born and raised in the town of Innisfail, Canada which is home to approximately 7,000 residents and fortunately a top quality golf course. He took up the game at the age of 9 and progressed quickly. By the age of 14, Mark was playing to a 2 handicap and representing his province at provincial and national tournaments.

After graduating from High School, Mark set aside his competitive hockey career to focus on a management degree and furthering his golf career by joining the Canadian PGA. He has since spent 7 years working at premier clubs in Canada. During this time he has continually gained experience and knowledge in the field of coaching and instruction by attending continuing education seminars through the Canadian PGA. Mark has an interest in the business of golf and has given presentations focused on how golf and business are interrelated. He has also given presentations at the college level giving insight into career paths for people in the field of golf.

Mark has always been a competitive golfer and most recently, enjoyed his first professional win on the Alberta PGA circuit and also attained a 9-hole scoring record, carding a 29 on the front 9 of an APGA competition.

David was introduced to the game of golf at the age of 13 by his father. Under the guidance of Geoff Smith, David soon achieved his goal of becoming the first and only scratch marker at twin town’s golf resort. After several years working in the pro-shop and associating himself with professional and motivated people, he gained the knowledge he needed to pursue a career as a golf professional. After completing his apprenticeship with distinctions in academics and also receiving state and national invitations from the Australian PGA, David was on his way to realizing that golf would be his lifelong career.

David has played on numerous golf courses throughout the world, shooting his best score 62, three times. This has given David the ability to broaden his whole golf experience and to transfer what he has learnt on the playing course to his students.

David specialises in latest golf-specific health and fitness, from golf swing biomechanics, to physical screening techniques, to exercise prescriptions, to the most recent research and development in the field of golf swing. David is very passionate about golf teaching and obtains great satisfaction helping everyone experience the feeling of hitting great golf shots. With the right knowledge, direction, motivation and focus it’s possible for everyone to enjoy our great game at the highest level.
